Typed input schema for PraxisWorkflowDefinition Jobs.

Stable answer keys are Questionnaire.item.linkId. Submitted answers use QuestionnaireResponse. The executable input-to-output binding is a versioned StructureMap referenced through the HL7 SDC extension http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/sdc/StructureDefinition/sdc-questionnaire-targetStructureMap (valueCanonical = StructureMap.url with version).

Deterministic v1 contract: exactly one targetStructureMap extension; its valueCanonical MUST be StructureMap.url|version with a non-empty version.

Standard QuestionnaireResponse context — NOT Questionnaire items — supplies patient, encounter, author, and authored timestamp:

  • QuestionnaireResponse.subject (Patient)
  • QuestionnaireResponse.encounter (Encounter)
  • QuestionnaireResponse.author (Practitioner or PractitionerRole)
  • QuestionnaireResponse.authored (dateTime)

Do not duplicate these as linkId stopfields. Binding derives Composition.subject, Composition.encounter, Composition.author, and Composition.date from those fields and fails closed when they are absent or target the wrong resource type.

R4 money: QuestionnaireResponse has no valueMoney. Collect amount as decimal and ISO 4217 currency as a separately bound choice/Coding item; the StructureMap combines them into Money.value + Money.currency.

CID pins use answer.valueUri (R4 QuestionnaireResponse.answer has no valueCanonical). diag.condition answer.valueReference must target Condition (relative Condition/id or absolute …/Condition/id).

Coding versus Reference, diagnosis versus anatomical laterality, and body-site CodeableConcept versus optional BodyStructure Reference remain explicit per item linkId contract. This profile does not redefine the SDC extension; it requires exactly one versioned occurrence via invariant. Implements ADR-009.
