Version 2.0 from package version 0.96.0 onward. The complete licence text is
distributed as LICENSE in the source repository; the FHIR package manifest
declares Apache-2.0.
Published package versions through 0.95.0 are unchanged and remain available
under their original CC-BY-4.0 grants. Changing the licence for later work does
not revoke or replace those grants.
Apache-2.0 does not grant rights in external FHIR packages, terminology,
catalogs, specifications, or trademarks. Canonical references and bare codes
do not transfer ownership or licence rights. The detailed source and
