Reusable referral ServiceRequest for German ambulatory care. It requires a stable namespaced placer identifier, requester, target performer, and authored date while supporting optional assignment type, priority, validity, structured diagnoses, findings, and insurance. The profile supports incoming and outgoing referral records but is not an official Muster 6 document transport.
