Statuscodes fuer PVS-Writeback-Failures. Wird als meta.tag auf FHIR-Ressourcen (Encounter, ChargeItem, …) gesetzt, wenn eine Schreib-Operation in das anbindende Praxisverwaltungssystem nicht ausgefuehrt werden konnte. Self-healing: der Tag wird bei erfolgreichem Apply (auch nach Retry) wieder entfernt.
