Co-located offerings share Location references. A
PraxisPractitionerRoleDE links staff to its services, organization, and
locations through the corresponding standard references.
These axes remain separate:
| Concern | Carrier |
|---|---|
| Service category | HealthcareService.type using PraxisHealthcareServiceTypeVS |
| Ambulatory specialty | HealthcareService.specialty using PraxisHealthcareServiceSpecialtyVS |
| Formal qualification | Practitioner.qualification.code |
| Authorization evidence | Basic with GenehmigungenExt |
Authorization catalog codes are not copied into HealthcareService.type.
Implementations correlate authorization evidence to an offering through the
practitioner and system-qualified specialty coding.
Hospital integrations may add an appropriate IHE practice-setting coding or
map the ambulatory specialty at the integration boundary. Such mappings use
the current issuer ValueSets and compare system plus code; this IG does not
publish a parallel KBV display table.
The profile adds no provenance fields. Provenance is represented with the base
FHIR Provenance resource when required.
