AlignerCarePlanDE remains a specialization of the existing KFO care-plan root. Planned attachments identify one FDI tooth. Interproximal reduction identifies both adjacent FDI teeth and carries the planned amount as a UCUM Quantity in millimetres.

AlignerProgressObservationDE records the assessed stage as a positive integer and the clinical tracking outcome as tracking as planned, tracking deviation, or attachment loss. Manufacturer setup identifiers may be ordinary identifiers or references; they do not become canonical terminology.

The profiles contain no GOZ triggers, coverage tiers, court-derived rules, or automatic suitability decisions.
